Shipping policy

Please note: we cannot guarantee shipping times.

Canada Post is currently not providing any kind of guarantee for delivery dates due to COVID.

All orders of existing artworks are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Process times for custom orders will vary. An estimated shipping date will be provided upon acceptance of the commission. Payment must be received prior to shipping.

You will also be notified if we are aware of any significant delay expected due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At present we offer calculated shipping at check-out for Canada and The USA only.  If you would like to have a purchase shipped outside of Canada or The USA, please contact us through the contact page.  We would be happy to arrange international shipping on a case by case basis. 

Please expect a longer delivery time for international shipping, as package can be subject to additional processing at Customs.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at pnreimer@shaw.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

We are unable to accept returns for artwork.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at pnreimer@shaw.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
